Who I Work With

LGBTQIA+
As a queer person myself, I have a passion for working with the LGBTQIA+ Community.

Neurodiversity
I love working with neurodivergent folks, and I always use a neurodivergent affirming approach in my work.

Body Diversity
I go beyond the standard "body positivity" approach by focusing on liberation and "health at every size."

Polyamory/Non-Monogamy
I have the unique privilege of working with polycules and consensually non-monogamous relationships.
Specialties
Marginalization
Whether you are part of the queer or BIPOC communities, are neurodivergent, are disabled, or exist with a larger body, you have experienced marginalization. Let's process that together.
Neurodivergence
Whether you are autistic, plural, have ADHD, Dyslexia, or anything else under the beautiful brain umbrella, you can trust me to help you find a way of being that is authentic to you.
Trauma
Almost nobody gets out of this world unscathed. Whether you experienced an accident, or were the victim of abuse, I can help you heal from the profound impact these things have had on you.
Depression & Anxiety
Depression and Anxiety are difficult for anyone to live with and overcome. When you consider your intersecting identities, how are you supposed to cope? I have some ideas.
Sex & Intimacy
Unfortunately, sex and intimacy do not come with an instruction manual, and almost everyone tends to shy away from the topic. Whether it's the basic or kink/BDSM, I'm here to talk about it with you.
Relationships
Relationships can be unique and chaotic and beautiful and profoundly difficult. Whatever yours look like, I will ride shot gun and we can navigate together.

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
California-based Virtual Psychotherapy
About Me
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT #155216) who provides virtual psychotherapy for clients in California. I'm a queer, neurodivergent, disabled, multi-ethnic therapist who believes therapy works best when we're both allowed to be human, and who isn't afraid to question what therapy "should" look like.

Outside of therapy, my two dogs run the house, I love video games, dancing in a crowd, and trying new food. I also have the mouth of a sailor, which occasionally makes an appearance in session.
My Approach
Affirming, relational, and person-centered.
I don't believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. Everyone's different, so I draw from a variety of approaches depending on what works best for you. I tend to lean most on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic Therapy, and somatic approaches, blending practical tools with a focus on your unique goals, values, and lived experience. FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions
1 / How do I schedule a session?
You can get started by clicking the "Get Started" button at the bottom of each page. This will bring you to my Sessions Health provider portal, where you can schedule a session.
2 / What is the session format?
I offer virtual sessions via secure video conferencing. This allows for a private, comfortable environment from the comfort of your home or any safe location within California. I offer 50-minute therapy sessions and 60-minute professional consultation meetings.
3 / What topics can we discuss?
Almost anything! While I specialize in some very particular challenges and populations, that doesn't mean I do not have the training of a general practitioner. If you don't see yourself represented by this website, I can probably still help.
4 / How do I prepare for a session?
All you have to do is find a safe and private location within California, and log onto our session. Then, boom, you're done! We would start from there. Probably best to bring your plentiful knowledge of yourself along too.
5 / Do you take insurance?
I do not take insurance. However, I can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. My services can also be paid for by an HSA/FSA.
6 / What are your fees?
50-minute individual sessions are $225, Conjoint (couple/polycule) sessions are $275, and Professional consultation meetings are $250.
7 / Can you provide services for cheaper?
I provide a limited number of low-cost slots for low-income clients. Feel free to contact me and ask if any are available!
8 / When do you see clients?
My availability varies throughout the month/year. Contact me if you would like to know about my current availability!
9 / Can you see clients outside of California?
Unfortunately I can't, as my license only allows me to see California residents who are currently in California at the time of the session.
10 / Do you work with kids or teens?
Because of the nature of virtual therapy, I do not work with kids or teens. I believe I can't provide the care kids or teens need unless services are in-person.
